Vicki's Choice Reserve Chardonnay

Vicki's Choice Chardonnay is an isolated parcel selected from our Brokenback Vineyard and hand picked to minimise skin contact and preserve the fresh, delicate flavours of the variety.

This wine has been fermented in 100% French Oak Hogshead barrels and matured on yeast lees with occasional stirring. The resultant wine displays lovely complexity of both fruit and oak with elegant peach flavours being complimented by a soft, creamy finish.
