All Saints Estate is one of Australia’s original wineries, established in 1864 and situated in the Rutherglen Wine Region in Victoria. Rated a red five star winery by Halliday Wine Companion for over a decade, All Saints produces regionally distinctive table wines with a modern attitude.

Varieties such as Marsanne, Durif and world-renowned fortifieds are all hand crafted in the original castle winery using open the original castle concrete vat fermenters and an 1880’s French basket press. The wines are produced from selected sites in Rutherglen and the neighbouring King Valley. Vineyard management is paramount. Seeking low yields and producing balanced soils and optimum vine health are the focus to produce pure fruit characters. The wines are made in small parcels and express the family’s drive for structure, complexity and balance. The fortifed wines are revered throught-out the world, nowhere in the wine world is there a more unique, complex and rarified wine. These icons of the Australian wine industry began life over one hundred years ago as generations set aside stock to mature and intensify in the unique maturation facilities of the warm Rutherglen region. Years of dedication to maturing and refreshing the adapted solera system has produced these extraordinary wines of complexity.

With wine running through their veins for four generations, sibling owners Eliza (CEO), Angela (Sales and Marketing Director) and Nicholas Brown (Winemaker) believe that innovation, youthful passion, agility, design and sustainability – combined with a healthy respect for traditional winemaking and the support of a talented team – are the keys to delivering that vision.

All Saints Estate is also home to a gourmet providore., Indigo Food Co., and the award-winning one-hatted Terrace Restaurant where the team create seasonal menus using the finest quality, locally sourced and estate grown produce in combination with impeccable guest service. The Estate also hosts many lavish private events throughout the year and offers accommodation both on-site and off-site at the group owned Mount Ophir Estate.
