DELIVERY

Currently we deliver from Australia to USA (all states except Utah, Kentucky, Mississippi, Delaware, Rhode Island, Alabama, Oklahoma and Arkansas due to 2018 Liquor Laws).

We also deliver to Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

Deliveries can be made to any residential or business address, sorry we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

GET FREIGHTED Cellar Door uses the specialised international wine delivery services of Get Freighted Pty Ltd. The delivery will need to be signed for by a person 21 years or over in USA, and by a person 18 years or over in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

Wine will not be left unattended and will be returned to the local courier service depot. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made before the wine is returned to sender.

GIFTS

Yes. Simply add the gift wines and use the currency of the country you are sending to. This will ensure that all freight, duties and taxes (where applicable) are covered.

At the Checkout, enter the Gift Receivers details.

At the Payment page, enter your credit card details.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We love Aussie Wine too! There is a minimum of 6 bottles per order and a maximum of 132 bottles.

When you shop with GET FREIGHTED Cellar Door, we take care of all the export paperwork and custom requirements for you so can get on with other important things!

We will send you an email outlining all tracking information once your wine is on its way.

Please contact us and we will track your wine delivery and provide you with an update.

If it ever happens let us know and we will arrange with the winery a replacement for you, no charge to you.

It is exceptionally rare to receive a report of a broken bottle. If you do experience a breakage simply email sales@getfreightedcellardoor.com and provide photographs. We will investigate and usually arrange a replacement for you, no charge to you.

GET FREIGHTED Cellar Door uses the specialised international wine delivery services of Get Freighted Pty Ltd. We use the best packaging available to protect your wine so that it arrives to you in pristine condition.

We accept Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express.

GET FREIGHTED Cellar Door use Pin Payments to process your credit card payment. Pin Payments stores your card information remotely and securely. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by GET FREIGHTED Cellar Door or any outside party.
