A long awaited labour of love, select barrels of Shiraz from the Lotties vineyard were aged for 4 years in french oak, then individually bottle fermented and kept on yeast lees for three years prior to disgorge in the traditional méthode champenoise to produce this outstanding example of Barossa Sparkling Shiraz.
