WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Bright purple/red. Bright Cabernet fruit aromas with some fine oak background. Medium bodied and complex, with fine tannins and chocolate contribution from the Merlot. This wine has persistent fine tannins and savoury fruit sweetness to resolve the finish.

VINTAGE: A cool vintage with long and slow ripening conditions has produced elegant, perfumed supple reds.

VINEYARDS: Our own northern Margaret River vineyards that deliver rich and vibrant varietal flavours.

VINIFICATION: Selectively harvested and fermented at moderate temperatures. Plunged daily and run off to finish ferment with oak. Matured in a blend of oak and rotation through stainless steel.
