Vixen Sparkling Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc

First produced in 1997 and often described as a black forest gateau in a glass, it is almost the perfect descriptor for this rich, powerful and luscious Sparkling Red that is one of the cornerstones of Fox Creek’s portfolio. The powerful fruit flavour profile of our Shiraz and rich structural tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by the focus and herbal lift of the Cabernet Franc, combine to give the wine an exquisite balance and drinkability.

A smooth, juicy palate of raspberry, red cherry and strawberries and cream completed with rich christmas cake, milk chocolate and roasted nuts. The finishes clean with crunchy tannins and balanced acidity.

A blend of selected components from various vintages, carefully blended to achieve our classic Vixen style. It is made to be a rich, fruity and full flavoured wine with a party attitude that sparkling red aficionados will adore.
