2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

This classic Cabernet Sauvignon is purple/violet in colour. The nose exhibits hints of blackberry and black olive.

The palate reveals dusty and earthy tannins which are finely integrated.

This wine was released 8th June 2019 as a 4 year old Cabernet made to cellar for up to 15-20 years. Although drinking beautifully now this wine will reward patient cellaring.

It is widely regarded within the valley that 2015 was the best year in living memory.This wine exhibits all the characters of a top cool climate season.
